Strength in Mothers Mentorship is a 6 month total transformation group program for moms designed to teach you how to think about your body, food, and exercise in a way that FREES you instead of keeping you imprisoned to diets, meal plans, and fitness programs that DON’T WORK LONG-TERM.
This program is will transform your relationship with food, your body, and connect you with women who will inspire, validate, and support you the whole way. After 6 months, you'll feel in control around food, feel more confident in your skin, practice self-care with ease, and have lifelong friendships with moms on the journey with you.

Being a mom can be so isolating, and with social media as our window to the outside world, we can feel like failures if we aren't checking all the boxes. Surround yourself with moms who are willing to be open with their journey and support you in yours. Feel validated and understood in your own struggles and feelings as others share theirs. Connect and bond while you grow and improve your quality of life!
Each week you will learn how to think about food, exercise, your body, and your overall wellness in a way that makes you feel free and happy instead of miserable and imprisoned to diets. With action items and lessons each week, you'll not only learn but PRACTICE how to make self-care feel effortless instead of white-knuckling your way through.
Popular diets and fitness programs have taught you not to trust yourself, and have likely put you in a never-ending cycle of jumping on and off wagons - powered by a hatred of your body. De-program and learn the better way that hundreds of my 1:1 clients have learned successfully, but do it in a supportive and immersive environment that keeps you accountable and connected.
Q: When are the calls and how long are they? What are they like?
A: We meet every Monday at 1PM CST (2PM EST / 11AM PST) on Zoom, and calls usually last about an hour. I will teach on the week's lesson for about 15 minutes, and then we open it up for discussion, coaching, and support.
Q: How many members are in the group?
A: I keep the groups at around 10ish to keep it small and intimate and make sure everyone has time for support, coaching, and attention.
Q: How long is the program?
A: The program is 6 months long.
Q: What are the other members like?
A: Everyone in the program is a mom struggling with the same issues with self-care, body image, food and body obsession, and consistency with healthy habits. Some are moms with young kids, others have older children - it varies widely. After working online for years, I have found that women who are drawn to my programs tend to be very similar to me - so if you like me, you'll probably like the members!
Q: Will I get personalized help with my struggles?
A: Yes! You will be able to get feedback from me and the other members. The call does not end until everyone has had their opportunity for help.
