SUMMER IS OVER - Are you in a rut and need something to switch things up? Or do you need some consistency after a crazy summer? I can relate!
In my work with thousands of new moms, one of the biggest obstacles I know they face is that they don't know how to fit in workouts. The problem is that many of them think they need long, boring cardio or a gym membership in order for the workout to improve their fitness, strength, and metabolism - and most new moms don't have time or energy for that.
They also may not realize that long cardio sessions may be COUNTERPRODUCTIVE to what they are trying to do, especially with postpartum hormones.
Who is this challenge for: any moms who have been cleared by their doctor to workout and are physically ready for intense exercise. If you are healing diastasis recti or your pelvic floor, you will need to run these workouts by your physiotherapist.
The objective for the challenge: To improve consistency and make workouts obtainable and highly efficient, even in the face of motherhood.
We'll be doing workouts that challenge us, get massive results, and do not require long hours at the gym or outdoors. In fact, all workouts take less than 30 minutes (some are less than 15!) but are highly effective at improving fitness, building strength, and achieving postpartum fat loss (if desired). They take little to no equipment, so you can do them at home or the gym.

How it works: THE MAGIC OF THIS CHALLENGE IS IN THE SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY OF OUR GROUP. Once you sign up, you'll receive the EXACT workouts to do during the challenge, as well as the link to private community of moms who are going to all hold one another accountable during the 7 days!
Upon sign-up, I'll be giving you all the details for how to check in each day with me and the group, as well as some super simple examples of how to share your workouts and stay accountable!
In order to complete the challenge, you must complete 5 of the workouts in 7 days. I cannot WAIT for you to experience the motivation and accountability provided by the hundreds of other moms taking part in this momentum-building challenge!
These workouts are intense! But the good news is that they're over before baby wakes from nap or an episode of Daniel Tiger is finished ;). I'll be giving plenty of modifications if you're a complete beginner, but be ready for some killer workouts!

9 years ago I was excited to learn about a form of exercise that was gaining popularity, HIIT training. Soon I was working out at home instead of having to drag my kids to the gym, getting INCREDIBLE results, and getting it all done in about 20 minutes.
